Pam's Girly Bits Shift Happens

This mani is Girly Bits Shift Happens over Essie No More Film.
This manicure features a polish from another indie polish designer. Pam's Girly Bits can be purchased from her blog here:
pamsgirlybits.blogspot.com (keep in mind she's based in Canada) or from Llarowe (in the US).
Shift Happens is a clear base chock full of color shifting pigment that shifts from red to orange to yellow to green to teal. I haven't been able to spot blue or purple outside of the bottle yet. This polish is a beautiful attempt to dupe the famous Clarins 230 aka Unicorn Pee.
No More Film is a very saturated and dark blue toned purple creme from the new collection Sure Shot. The bottle pic above is not color accurate on this. It's not so blue or so bright...
This manicure is one coat of SpaRitual Lacquer Lock bc, one coat of CND Stickey bc, one coat of No More Film, one coat of Shift Happens, and one coat of Seche Vite.

200th Post. Lynnderella Matter of the Heart and Nosegay (take 2)

Photos taken with artificial light:

Photos taken in full sun:

This manicure is Lynnderella Matter of the Heart from her most recent Lovely Is As Lovely Does collection over Jessica Rolling Rose from their most recent collection Heavy Petal.
Matter of the Heart is a pale pink base with salmon, red, and purple square and hex glitters; and a few holo hex glitters and shimmer in the base. The glitter is a bit sparse and probably best carefully placed. I ended up doing three coats and letting glitters fall where they may...
Rolling Rose is a milky pink with blue-green shimmer. The shimmer actually shows up better on the nail than in the bottle.
This manicure is one coat of SpaRitual Lacquer Lock bc, one coat of CND Stickey bc, two coats of Jessica Rolling Rose, three coats of Matter of the Heart (on all but the ring finger), and one coat of Seche Vite.

This manicure is Lynnderella Nosegay over Jessica Born 2 Pansy.
I tried Nosegay once before over a bright yellow base here:
nosegay part 1
Nosegay is a sheer milky base with purple and lavender small glitters, square glitter, and hex, some iridescent glitter, and blue-purple shimmer.
Born to Pansy is a bright, yet pale purple with blue-green shimmer. As with Rolling Rose, the shimmer actually shows up better on the nail than in the bottle.

China Glaze Capitol Colors Hunger Games Riveting and Electrify

In honor of the upcoming film and the story's heroine, the girl on fire, Katniss Everdeen, I am wearing two colors from the new Hunger Games collection from China Glaze. Riveting is a fiery red-orange macroshimmer with gold flash, similar to an old China Glaze release, Orange-Pacific. Electrify is a mixture of gold glitter and chunkier red glitter in a clear base.
Have you gotten tickets for the midnight show yet?
This manicure is one coat of SpaRitual Lacquer Lock bc, one coat of CND Stickey bc, one coat of Riveting (two on the middle finger), one coat of Electrify (on all fingers except the middle), and one coat of Seche Vite.
