Rescue Beauty Lounge Fan Collection IKB:2012 Comparison Post

Today's manicure is a giant comparison post of doom!  I got my new Rescue Beauty Lounge Fan Collection package (I ordered three out of the four).  Great bloggers have already photographed their manicures with these polishes, and blue is so friggin' hard to photograph accurately, but I decided to take all of the polishes that pundits had mentioned as possible dupes and throw them on for y'all.
I did discover that Wet n Wild Craze in Tagger (an HTF LE East Coast only Wet n Wild) and Nails Inc Baker Street are dead dupes, for what that's worth.
I don't believe that IKB:2012 has an exact dupe.  Royal Navy is close, but a bit more saturated and with the teal shimmer.  Barry M Indigo is noticeably deeper.  WnW Tagger and Nails Inc Baker Street are a shade lighter.  MAC Breezy Blue is pretty close, but is not a jelly and has more purple.  Nubar Blueberry is way more smurf-colored than any of these others (It made me think of the OCC Rx I once swatched, but didn't buy and thus can't compare).  But see for yourself:
All of these swatches are one coat of SpaRitual Lacquer Lock bc, one coat of CND Stickey bc, two coats of polish, and one coat of Seche Vite.

Pam's Girly Bits Shift Happens

This mani is Girly Bits Shift Happens over Essie No More Film.
This manicure features a polish from another indie polish designer. Pam's Girly Bits can be purchased from her blog here:
pamsgirlybits.blogspot.com (keep in mind she's based in Canada) or from Llarowe (in the US).
Shift Happens is a clear base chock full of color shifting pigment that shifts from red to orange to yellow to green to teal. I haven't been able to spot blue or purple outside of the bottle yet. This polish is a beautiful attempt to dupe the famous Clarins 230 aka Unicorn Pee.
No More Film is a very saturated and dark blue toned purple creme from the new collection Sure Shot. The bottle pic above is not color accurate on this. It's not so blue or so bright...
This manicure is one coat of SpaRitual Lacquer Lock bc, one coat of CND Stickey bc, one coat of No More Film, one coat of Shift Happens, and one coat of Seche Vite.

200th Post. Lynnderella Matter of the Heart and Nosegay (take 2)

Photos taken with artificial light:

Photos taken in full sun:

This manicure is Lynnderella Matter of the Heart from her most recent Lovely Is As Lovely Does collection over Jessica Rolling Rose from their most recent collection Heavy Petal.
Matter of the Heart is a pale pink base with salmon, red, and purple square and hex glitters; and a few holo hex glitters and shimmer in the base. The glitter is a bit sparse and probably best carefully placed. I ended up doing three coats and letting glitters fall where they may...
Rolling Rose is a milky pink with blue-green shimmer. The shimmer actually shows up better on the nail than in the bottle.
This manicure is one coat of SpaRitual Lacquer Lock bc, one coat of CND Stickey bc, two coats of Jessica Rolling Rose, three coats of Matter of the Heart (on all but the ring finger), and one coat of Seche Vite.

This manicure is Lynnderella Nosegay over Jessica Born 2 Pansy.
I tried Nosegay once before over a bright yellow base here:
nosegay part 1
Nosegay is a sheer milky base with purple and lavender small glitters, square glitter, and hex, some iridescent glitter, and blue-purple shimmer.
Born to Pansy is a bright, yet pale purple with blue-green shimmer. As with Rolling Rose, the shimmer actually shows up better on the nail than in the bottle.
This manicure is one coat of SpaRitual Lacquer Lock bc, one coat of CND Stickey bc, two coats of Jessica Born 2 Pansy, two coats of Nosegay (on all but the ring finger), and one coat of Seche Vite.

China Glaze Capitol Colors Hunger Games Riveting and Electrify

In honor of the upcoming film and the story's heroine, the girl on fire, Katniss Everdeen, I am wearing two colors from the new Hunger Games collection from China Glaze. Riveting is a fiery red-orange macroshimmer with gold flash, similar to an old China Glaze release, Orange-Pacific. Electrify is a mixture of gold glitter and chunkier red glitter in a clear base.
Have you gotten tickets for the midnight show yet?
This manicure is one coat of SpaRitual Lacquer Lock bc, one coat of CND Stickey bc, one coat of Riveting (two on the middle finger), one coat of Electrify (on all fingers except the middle), and one coat of Seche Vite.

Lynnderella LavenDear

Indoors in artificial lighting:

Outdoors in full sun:

Today's manicure is Lynnderella LavenDear over Illamasqua Boosh. LavenDear has the heaviest coverage of the new collection, so I just threw it over black creme.
LavenDear has dense purple-pink hex and smaller glitters with holographic small glitter and blue shimmer in the base.
This manicure is one coat of SpaRitual Lacquer Lock bc, one coat of CND Stickey bc, one coat of Boosh, two coats of LavenDear, and one coat of Seche Vite.

Lynnderella Sweets to the Sweet

Indoors in artificial lighting:

Outdoors in full sun:

Today's manicure is Lynnderella Sweets to the Sweet over NARS Rouge Andalou. Sweets to the Sweet is a sheer white base with white square glitter, sheer white square and hex glitter, red, purple, blue, and iridescent green glitters of various shapes and sizes. The glitter in this one is a bit sparse. The candy vibe I got from the bottle led me to pair it with a shiny candy apple red base (Rouge Andalou aka Red Dog).
This manicure is one coat of SpaRitual Lacquer Lock bc, one coat of CND Stickey bc, two coats of Rouge Andalou, three coats of Sweets to the Sweet, and one coat of Seche Vite.

Lynnderella Mlle. Violette de Bleu

Indoors in artificial light:

Outdoors in full sun:

Today's manicure is Lynnderella Mlle. Violette de Bleu over Orly Stone Cold. I didn't bother attempting to include this in my complementary base project because it has one of the more heavily tinted bases of the new collection. I just decided to use a close matching base. Mlle. Violette de Bleu aka Throwing Violets into the Ocean is a purple base with bright and navy blue and bright and dark purple hex and square glitters and a little kick of green glitter.
Stone Cold is an intense royal blue macroshimmer.
This manicure is one coat of SpaRitual Lacquer Lock bc, one coat of CND Stickey bc, two coats of Stone Cold, two coats of Mlle. Violette de Bleu, and two coats of Seche Vite.
